Shredding Voodoo Chile at the 2024 Dallas International Guitar Show

Hey Guitar Enthusiasts!

I’m excited to share a special moment from the 2024 Dallas International Guitar Show. As many of you know, this event is a haven for guitar lovers, and this year, it was no different. The air was electric with the sounds of legendary riffs and groundbreaking gear.

In this video, you’ll see me taking the stage with my prized Hamiltone SRV Custom, a guitar that’s become a symbol of tone and craftsmanship. This beauty, originally made famous by Stevie Ray Vaughan, has a unique feel and sound that makes every note sing.

What makes this performance even more special is the amp I’m using – the Amplified Nation Steel String Singer. For those who might not know, this amp is inspired by the legendary Dumble Steel String Singer, known for its clean, articulate tone and incredible responsiveness. It’s the perfect match for capturing the essence of Jimi Hendrix’s “Voodoo Chile,” a song that demands both power and finesse.

As I dive into the iconic riffs and solos of “Voodoo Chile,” you’ll hear the full range of what this setup can do. From the deep, throaty lows to the soaring highs, every note is clear and expressive, bringing Hendrix’s masterpiece to life in a new way.

The 2024 Dallas International Guitar Show was an unforgettable experience, filled with incredible performances, amazing gear, and a community that truly loves music. I hope this video captures a piece of that magic for you.

Check it out below and let me know what you think in the comments. Did you catch any other great performances at the show? What gear are you excited about this year? Let’s talk music!

Keep on rockin’,
